It's not that every isekai'd person is considered ugly in that world. It's just that there is no "naturally ugly" people in isekai, so beautiful isekai'd person would still be beautiful, but someone like uncle would be mistaken for an Orc.

There's a workaround with rechargeable batteries, it's 1/2 lifetime and charging cable sticking out but can be safe keeping any devices without a fear of resetting them.
