He didn't say that tomatoes he ate in his old world tasted bitter. The one that tastes bitter is this world Taraba. He was just comparing it to a similar ingredient in our world to find a way to cook it, it doesn't mean that their tastes are the same.

@teney Frankly, I ‘m quite disappointed about art quality. I read LN from novelupdate up to ch14 before translator took down his work because this series was licensed. All arts in LN are beautiful. The hunters look strong and all female are energetic and charming.

The manga also cut many story details on how and how Asuta and Aifa develop their bond for each other and how Asuta create each dish.

Sorry if I use some wired sentences. English isn’t my first language.

It's not every day you see a japanese isekai where they the foreign world has a proper background that is not based on japanese tropes! Also I'm pretty fed up with unrealistic art or chibi or fake japanese facial features, so I totally welcome when the characters look totally realistic for once.

I’m a little confused 🤔

Aifa has shown obvious signs of being embarrassed about being seen naked, and yet she and all the other unmarried girls are wearing clothes that would obviously show any parts you don’t want seen with the slightest movement.

I appreciate the fan service, but it doesn’t fit the story so far at all.
