Eh, well for those that are already planning to moral grandstand and/or are worried about it devolving into the usual haremslop with vidya game cheats Isekai - From what I can tell from looking at the pictures within the currently untranslated volume releases:
It seems the series mostly deals with the MC becoming more responsible on the job, maturing as a person/broadening his horizons, and deepening relationships with his co-workers in the "real world".
His growth as a person does attract the attention of 2 adult women at his job, but it seems they have ZERO intention of sharing him as they have modern sensibilities and are currently getting to know him better, one through work trip(s) that seems to lead to a date(I think more than one) - the other actually helps him when Blue hair Loli gets transported to the real world for a bit (and even helps him return Blue Hair Loli to her own world).
Cat Girl gets very little screen time.
Cat Girl does show up again though, he actually gets a chance to visit her village.
I assume that MC is set on being "Loyal" to Cat Girl and that's why he hasn't entered into a serious relationship with one of the two women from his own world. I can't really tell if his heart is so set on CatGirl that he doesn't notice the obvious signs of attraction that goes beyond seeking friendship or if he is being socially polite while playing the fool - probably a little of both.
Blue hair Loli gets a fair amount of screen time, She was pushed towards MC by her village and/or parents and Blue hair Loli has an Adult form that temporarily showed up for some reason - but MC seems to have fully daughter-zoned her.
I can't even remember if Blue hair Loli appeared once in the latest manga volume.
