She didn't openly show her interest in him(maybe there were some hints, but the last time i looked, mc's name was Kaede, not Sherlock), we knew she was interested only beacuse she said it to her colleague. From what i remember, all her actions could be treated as that of a kind receptionist who does her job properly and cares about adventurers(she cares mostly about him, but it may be hard to notice).
