I don't think so; I think it's more a case of "foreshadowing" (it's not really foreshadowing, but I can't think of another word for it), like when a chapter has "little did I know, this comment was going to have major impact" or some such.

A pet peeve of mine from Japanese writers is when they add a plot point, then immediately resolve it by saying "Little did they know, blablabla would happen".
The worst offender I've seen for it was from Nonbiri Nouka, where they straight up show a future scene of all the
dude's kids leading an army or some shit, talking about how great their dad is and patting each other on the back for being overpowered.
I'm genuinely sick of this, why bother having a story if you're going to tell me how it'll end before I've even gotten there?

Had to look up Nonbiri Nouka, and it does seem like that story also has similar low stakes vibes going by the tags.

Basically, intentionally spoiling that the story ends up with great success minimizes the stakes. A story that does it isn't going to pretend that anything dramatic will happen to the protagonist, so you should just expect a comfy ride of silly antics and funny characters.

For this story in particular, even if I've now been told that the dungeon will grow quickly and effectively, I'm still curious about how it'll get there. The queen seems like she'll be a fun character. What will happen when the secret gets out to the noble ladies and queens of other nations? The one dungeon core we know is a funny little gremlin, so what are other cores like?

Put another way, "spoiling the future/ending" very early just lets the reader know if the story is for them or not. If you feel like you were meaningfully spoiled and that there's no point in reading anymore, well, indeed, the story probably isn't for you.

Now, I'd be curious if you've read anything that wasn't a cozy, low-stakes story that still went with "spoiling the future." The first one I can think of off the top of my head is My Hero Academia with some early narration about how it was the story of Izuku becoming the greatest hero, which did start with an upbeat tone and a focus on introducing a large ensemble cast. And that large cast of characters became the way to sidestep the issue of knowing that Izuku will be fine since there isn't a guarantee that any of the other characters will be fine.

Also, they should really try to do something about the kingdom aristocrats monopolizing the hot spring, or else it could become a bottleneck down the line. Maybe something like... "the water gets cut off if guards or an admissions station are posted at the entrance"?

Though improved public order might not be a bad thing in moderation, since it was mentioned that it was causing trouble in the other country with the gems. A safe place means citizens can visit in huge numbers as well.

It sounds like stronger dungeon divers are worth more points, but for every strong fighter, there's gotta be like 40-50 weaklings that can't reach the same level.

Hmm...perhaps some kind of luxury private spa plus an arena. Make it so tickets are dropped if humans duel each other.

This is still pretty similar to lazy dungeon master. Since just people being in there gives points the next step is to make a living area. Eventually make an entire country inside the dungeons area of influence.

Going down so many flight of stairs could get annoying, he should add in an elevator. At that point, it wouldn't be odd sometime in the far (close?) future adventurers will be able to brag about conquering the 100th floor of a dungeon in an hour.

While something to consider, I would mostly prompt for a TP to outside near the stairs down.
While, as you said, annoying to go down. Sometimes, after an exercise is better to take a bath as it would be much more refreshing. And during the walk, if he still plans to put monsters in (to get more exercise and DP), it would be better to drop items like a packet of liquid shampoo or soap or lotion or something you can use in a hot spring.

As I said in the previous chapter, DP grows in human desires. Sooner or later, he must implement other kinds of better hot springs deeper and if people can just casually go in, it becomes like a mundane routine after a long period of time. He can probably just put "Checkpoints" though for those who can dive deep.

Funny thing is that the WN for Nonbiri Nouka is lightyears ahead of the manga adaption and still hasn't resolved that dream Hiraku had regarding his kids. Things seem to be kind of maybe working toward it, but its been years in the story and no sign of infighting or mock army battles between his kids.

It’s basically why titles are paragraphs long now. If you don’t give out a preview, the short attention spans will wander to another story. “If you stay, you can see how we got here! Won’t that be fun!?”

Yeah I do hope it's not being skipped that be sad as its fun so far but I wonder if the Queen will come now then one thing I'd be curious about is adventurers.

In case you really weren't aware, mangas with really long titles are usually adaptations of webnovels where the platform that they are published in did not provide a description section for their works so authors had to be creative with the titles. It is a legitimate issue that the webnovels are simply indistinguishable from each other unless you do this with the titles.
