Floor 9 could make for a good dungeon city. Build some houses, plant some crops, and people can live/rest there before going down to the deeper floors. Then do the same on floor 19, floor 29, floor 39, ect.

The info extract spring you are referring to is the boss floor's spring. The 9th and 10th floor springs are a XP increase and stamina recovery combo to help train explorers so that they can dive to deeper and deeper floors.
Do MC have plans to make the floor a pit stop, such as adding walls for a safe zone?

9f's spring isn't that.
It's a spring that mends injuries. I don't think it's potent enough to regrow a lost arm but it'll fix the long term effects of an arrow in the knee. You can consider it a combo in the sense that non-viable fighters can become viable again or people out of their prime getting their body restored in a state close to prime.

I call it a combo because the female knight corps start looping between the two hot springs as a form of training.

The world they are in doesn't have levels,
the boost from the hot springs was able to make a human train to their utmost limit, and I meant the page with the queen visiting every hot spring and one of them having "mysterious" in the descprition because they don't know what it does but think that using it is fine as all the others are good to humans, if I'm not wrong it was the 5th floor hot spring that had a unknown effect and MC explained later that it was made to extract information.
If with boosting XP you meant how it helps them train then yes, but is not the same thing

The world doesn't use levels as inhabitant facing concept, but it still seems to apply as a mechanical concept along with various other RPG tropes.
One of the two springs boosts their rate of improvement which effectively makes it an XP boosting buff spring.

A big point in the web novel is about
the MC's perspective and knowledge from living in the modern world gives him a significant advantage managing dungeons. He has a much better awareness and control of the dungeon due to his holographic computer style interface when others are using written/drawn books and scrolls.

He is also aware that exploration will stall out if those exploring are unable to keep up with the strength of the monsters created by the miasma. The 9th+10th floor set up is meant to be a key factor to counter this issue.

This is reinforced when he later interacts with the top dungeons.
The largest dungeon was able to get as deep as it is mostly due to the RPG style gear it hands out and development stalled when the strength and skill of the explorers was no longer able to handle the deeper floor monsters even with the best gear available.

The isekai MC is in have the classical medieval atmosphere, from what I read there are adventurers and knights, but it didn't really touch classes like thiief, ranger or scout, some people just cover simialr roles but there aren't unique abilties, add how they don't have magic, everything mistycal is a dungeon product.

The hot springs he created help with training, they make so the adventurer can train more and heal their injuries, improve better, regain stamina and boost muscle growth, is not EXP gain but a stat boost that still requires the user to understand what the water did and then self-train (that they did through making the knights to bring the materials up the stairs and then go down to recover no stop).

Yes, MC did have the advantage of future tech, games and imagination to make a much better UI to manage the dungeons, as showed in the first chapter when Peta was surprised by his interface, as her own adapted from what the humans of the world could use, the other dungeons that summoned someone to improve did so a century ago at the most recent case.

The weapon dungeon have more 26th floors if I'm right, but a whole army was barely able to get a item drop on that floor with thousand of losses, they needed stronger bodies and/or better equipment, and what the 26th floor gave them made every future exploration plan get discarded.

So since we aren't shown the MC designing the floors, I assume he's a moron and just doesn't or maybe can't. He just sets the hot spring effect, makes sure at least one appears of a reasonable size, and then does fuck all letting the roulette wheel handle everything else.

The other thing is how many extremely specific hot spring effects can he really come up with that the women would actually care about. The effects discovered so far basically covers most things people care about already. It basically comes down to him hoping they continue delving even after the hot springs stop having effects that anyone cares about on the off chance that the dungeon will spit out something good again. Most likely quite soon they would decide it's not worth continuing to delve.

He should at least vaguely spur them on if possible. Like slap a plaque at one of the stairs, have it say something like "Floor 10: ???? Floor 11: ???? ... Floor 18: Effect people really want." Would be better than leaning on the author's likely out of touch notion with what's relatable human motivation and desires.

TO HELL WITH WOMEN PROPAGANDA IN THIS STORY!

Men being "fine" with just first floor is absolute BULLSHIT, clearly there would be massive strikes and huge dissagreements about the dungeon use. Did you ever met a man in medieval era style times? They would want to get in just to spite women that tell them what they can and cannot do!

This is like... I dunno, it bugs the fuck out of me.

What I'm saying is: I WANT IN THE HOTSPRINGS TOO YOU HAGS!

its actually made sense if you think about it. The Queen is the sole ruler here, and she has a husband who married into her family but doesn't have any political power since she keeps it that way.

And in a medieval sense, a noble lady can't let men other than her brethren see her skin, not even her ankles. So if you want to invite other noble ladies from other countries, or even your own kingdom, it has to be this way.

...and it's kinda like you said, they're just hypocrites. Once they figured out how to send the hot spring water to the other dungeons, they fucking let men bathe in the other hot springs too, not just the Floor 1 hot spring. So their whole excuse about preferring rugged, scarred men was obviously just to keep men from taking up the other hot springs, since they actually prefer groomy men. lol

I don't understand how you got this misinformation. No, it's not... On Floor 9, MC thought he could use it as the ultimate prize because it's so hard to find, so he made it a hot spring that can fix deformed bodies, not EX increase or whatever.

The XP boost is on Floor 10, while the ultimate beauty hot spring is on Floor 11, which also recovers some stamina. The path between Floors 10 and 11 is also designed as a long Spartan Race-like obstacle course, since MC wants them to train their bodies before going further. Floor 9 is just for gathering food and sending it back to the surface as part of their training.
