Oh if it were just the leader that would be one thing (he's far enough gone to talk with the "ghosts" of his victims), but they're a fucking cult at this point. Shooting an unarmed guy (that you personally knew) just because you were told to by the guy who murdered his brother? Casually entertaining the thought of executing multiple people (again, that you knew), because no one likes them anymore? I don't know how the author is planning to settle this without it turning into an absolute bloodbath, but I have a feeling it's going to either be a giant deus ex machina, or everyone suddenly forgets that they're dealing with crazies.
