MC and group are too freaking naive this is a child's idea of a survival manga. If it was trying to convey how to survive, MC wouldn't be expanding his group with potential male threats, and he would understand peaceful negotiation wouldn't work. Everything he did in this chapter would backfire and Reito's crew would overrun him and his crew and sexually assault the girls. All because MC and his group want to play at being pacifist, while sharing an uninhabited island a violent group who already threw away the rules of society.

Reito is way more dangerous than his brother. Byakuya was impetuous, cruel, and violent. But Reito is way more clever and manipulative. He's also power hungry and would never coexist peacefully.
