By the way, on page 22:

“I’ll chase you to the ends of the Earth!”

Is a quote taken from Spider-Man The Animated Series (1994-98).

Dammit, I was gonna post this lol

Sorry about that. lol But thanks for catching it!!

I’m the translator for this manga. The line originally said “I’ll never forgive you!” The group leader and I felt Spidey’s line fits the scene better.

I was afraid people weren’t going to notice. I wrote a line from “Aliens” in Chapter 9 of Tokie-sensei but no one said anything…:meguuusad:

This shit is so bad. Good guys are absolutely unable to run away but bad guys just come in, fuck them all up and just leave afterwards without any worry. Characters gets nerfed and buffed on a moments notice as well. Someone should tell the author that story needs some balance in terms of catharsis from time to time. Noone likes to read about some losers getting their ass kicked in every single struggle.

what the hell is the point of Yachiho? These stone people are literally useless, these half humans are way more powerful and popping up everywhere so stupid.

The protagonist always 10 steps behind the enemy, always struggling and in shambles. It's so freakin trash story.

Dude, she just summoned and commanded Lava Orochi, a literal God. That’s a scarier version of Azami’s powers. This opens up an avenue of possibilities for what Stone People are truly capable of. This further confirms why they’re also called Ishigami or Stone Gods.

To be fair, Isaza and Saku did live sheltered lives. Not like their parents were assassinated or anything. Both of them are slowly becoming aware of their surroundings, and Hiwatsu at large.

Give Isaza some time, he just recently learned the pleasures of murder combat.

This fight revealed to him, and readers what humans with stone powers can potentially accomplish. Isaza is still learning how to use his powers. Even in JoJo it takes Stand Users a (long) while to fully learn, develop/evolve, and understand their Stand’s powers as well as their limits and weaknesses.
