Tits-ahoy! Chapter was mostly what I expected- Mine immediately imagined his harem. The sharemates immediately sussed-out that he has lady-friends and worried he might stay in Wakayama.

Lili is having post-breakup regret, so I guess they need to work that out. Still don't think they're the pair.

Tsu is the best but we know she won't win because she isn't the firstest FMC.
Unless Sasuga Kei does it again and does some hijinks

I don't know what sort of marriages parties happen in Japan but in the ones I went it was hard to see anyone with a tie still on by the end lol
Lili needs to take that girls talk to heart and behave more adult like, but I also expect Hiromi be one and to treat her like one in case she asks about the marriage night and his feelings, people can only mature if you treat them like so and give them an opportunity to act as such

I'm actually surprised there wasn't more yelling and infighting over how two of them lied and showed up for no reason (well Lili didn't admit to her lie) and the others clearly went out of their way with flimsy excuses to make their reservations happen.

But I'm glad they all got separate rooms. They all deserve to shell out for Mine and pay full price for their antics, no sharing a floor and getting off cheap.

Lili is regretting the consequences of her actions. Am I the only one that wants to see her lose real bad (like a megusaki correction meme). Glad that Mine is purposely putting all the girls on edge. She's really pushing for Hiromi to finally get with somebody. Hopefully it'll push Lili out of the spotlight.

Thanks for the chapter! Kinda funny how Hiromi seems like the only normal one in the gang lol. And Lili’s arc keeps dragging on… really wish it would just end already.

This chapter was hilarious, I loved it. I feel like Mine is so sharp and aware of what’s going on that she purposely brought up Nonoka’s business in front of the girls, knowing they were listening in. I just got that feeling. If anyone can pick up on the situation with women’s intuition, it’s her. And the fact that all the ladies came to visit, only for things to play out the way they did at the end, makes me think Mine definitely said what she said about Nonoka on purpose so they could hear it.

But here’s where one of my pet peeves comes in. Right now, Hiromi and Lili are in the car, and Lili wants to see the places where he grew up in Wakayama. On the surface, that’s not a bad thing, but it feels like the writer’s way of slowly bringing them back together. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if by the end Lili doesn’t even get on the plane back to Tokyo. What I think is going to happen, and I could be wrong, is that Lili will try to sleep with Hiromi. Partly because she misses him, but also because she’s afraid he might move on.

Whether she accepts it or not, the conversation between the girls makes it clear that they all see Nonoka as a threat, even if that relationship never goes anywhere. It’s just the writer’s way of stirring things up and pushing the characters closer to voicing their romantic feelings for Hiromi. Out of everyone, Anju seems the least cautious and the most mature about Hiromi and Nonoka’s dynamic. She’s fine with it, she just wants to be with Hiromi, regardless of whether he starts dating Nonoka or not. From the way she responded, I can only conclude that even if they became official, Anju wouldn’t stop pursuing a relationship with Hiromi. Whether we think it’s fair or not isn’t the point, because Anju has already made up her mind that she doesn’t mind being the other woman, or at least that’s what I speculate.

Lili, though, is clearly the one under the most pressure, because she actually used to be in a relationship with him. She probably can’t stand the thought of him being with someone else. That’s why I feel like the next chapter is going to be really interesting. My money’s on them being intimate, or at the very least Lily asking if Hiromi was intimate with Nonoka.

That’s just how I see it.

Mine was the MVP here because, though she represents an archetype that I normally don't find all that enjoyable in romcom/drama-romance titles, here I dislike the Sharehouse so much that I want her to throw gasoline on the fire she's started here.

I....do think that Lili is having some real regrets, and hasn't been forced to face it in a healthy fashion and now has to grapple with it, on top of surprise jealousy with none of the skills to actually work through any of it.
I think you're onto something with her maybe trying to push intimacy on Hiromi before the end of this evening, either out of desperation in keeping him with the Sharehouse, or out of some emotional moment of recklessness exacerbated by the fact they never had a proper moment of closure.

I also hope that Hiromi rebuffs her. Not cruelly, but clearly, and that they then have their Talk to resolve things between them. If he relents and falls back into her, even once, it's going to screw up so much for him - because it's repeating the behavior he had with his ex when she showed up and tried to win him back. I'd like to think his character has learned from that experience, but I guess we shall see.

Anju is interesting to me, because she's the most honest person in this series outside of Dancer-san, who I count as different because it feels like she was introduced having already resolved her entire character arc and is merely a mentor figure for Hiromi and the others to facilitate their own growth. I think her aim is less "fine being the Other Woman" and more "he can go play for now, but he'll be with me in the end"; which speaks to a confidence that makes me both want to see her win, and lose, if only to witness how she handles it.
Either way I see this Hometown Arc ending sooner than later, hopefully with a good ending with Nonoka (I can't imagine anything will come about with them both, but I do hope that Hiromi can part with her on good terms as friends).

Well, I didn’t expect any infighting, especially since none of the four girls are in a relationship with Hiromi. If they had started arguing after showing up separately at the Inn, it would have felt like a slap in the face to how close they are.

That’s why things turned mature so quickly once Anju admitted she came to see Hiromi. Even though Lili didn’t tell the truth, Anju’s honesty broke the ice and eased the pressure for the rest of the girls. We already know they all have feelings for him, and seeing it handled in a mature way showed how close they are.

What really stood out was Mine talking to Nonoka in front of everyone. It was a clever way for the writer to bring up what happened between her and Hiromi without forcing a long confession, which might still come later.

It also made the girls face the possibility that Hiromi could move on with his life in Wakayama and might not return to Tokyo. That conversation forced them to have a mature discussion, showing their mutual bond and making the chapter play out pretty smooth.
