As an italian I was eager to read jokes and whatnot but so far her being "Italian" is just another way to spell foreigner.
Also not a single girl called Francesca would tell you to shorten her name into either Fran or Chessie, assuming she speaks Italian at all.
You either go with Fra, Franchi, Kikka.
Not to mention that the very first thing, as an Italian, I'd look up is how different the fashion sense of Japanese girls and Italian girls is.
a dumb example: In the West miniskirts are not as popular as they are in Asia.
Anyway, don't take my comment seriously as I just felt like hilighting some stuff this piece of media didn't bother thinking about since the author has little to no grasp of Italian's culture, it's not that I expect people to know this stuff but firing Google up for literally 4 minutes wouldn't have killed them.
