Well, it took 32 chapters, but here is the clichéd storytelling plot of girl gets a job with a 3rd wheel and spends far more time with him than she does with her "boyfriend." No doubt he will start walking her home after work and, wait for it, another clichéd storytelling plot: 3rd wheel will end up helping girl shop for present and will be seen together with the "boyfriend" (how many times have we seen that?!) causing another misunderstanding. Of course, the 3rd wheel ends up falling for girl and tries to make her his own.

I don't think this is as NTR laden as previous comments seem to suggest. I see that FMC is is moving along with her own emotional growth, and that if/when she faces challenges working, she'll overcome them and grow further as a result. Previous ex. was turned down on the trip, and she'll remain true.

That's true, so far, but for what other reason would the author stoop to using such a clichéd storytelling plot (it really is such a clichéd plot) other than to throw obstacles in the way of the main character's romance? Give the dude a chance to work together with Meguro for a while and there's more than a 50% chance that he will, indeed, fall for her. I'd be shocked if the story does not take the direction I've predicted since, in the end, it would be yet another chance for the main characters to grow together.
