Story from me: I've got bullied in 5th Grade in front of the Teacher and she did nothing at all. She reacted only when i had enough and answered with Violance. I had to transfer Schools, got treated like i was the one that bullied the whole Class (lol) and even the Director of the School looked away when he saw me getting pushed around by 8th graders.
I'd say, the transfer was the best thing that had happened in that school year.

So yeah, bullying is still a prominent problem and its literally everywhere since i'm from Germany and not from Japan.
