What if the girl at the end isn't just some random murderous little girl but another killer who has swapped bodies? We have seen bodyswaps happen twice now, both times with a girl and an adult killer, so maybe this combo is surprisingly common in the world?

Don’t tell me the requisite for body swapping on top of head bumping at the right spot (and perhaps having the right name) is being a top class hitman (remember, the swaps so far has always been between J and someone else whose name beginning with M).

Though if the cleaners’ president name is Jiro or Masao (beginning with J/M) least that may have proven the name pattern.

It's either that (also their names have to start with 'J' and 'M') or she is ACTUALLY the kind of psycho little girl that J pretended Megumi was lol. Just to continue the gag.

Both would work, and I'm not sure which has more long term comedic potential.

Chances are the koro cleaners president smashed heads with another girl and swapped bodies with her like J and Megumi did. It's definitely the kind of joke/gag Ohtake would make.

Agree, she's definitely the president of Korokoro Cleaners. Though since this president has supposedly been away "for three years" (c20p26), that bodes poorly for our cast's chances of returning to their own bodies any time soon.
