I think it's a "you can have Kyouko come along on this trip or you can have Druj come along on this trip but you can't have both of them come along because they'd just bicker with each other" kind of situation.

I knew one character would be against building back the demon realm, but never thought it would be her.

It's actually poetic since she was the one responsible for breaking it in the first place. Also, I have faith that Konbu won't finish this Hot Spring Arc without a bath scene pampering smol Jahy, Maou-sama, & Su-chan. OR ELSE.
