My big pet peeve with these meeting chapters is that Maou never thinks to invite Saurva who I think would have some interesting ideas of her own as to what she'd like to see in a revived Demon Realm (probably a whole university with a giant laboratory).

True, isn't she like the CEO of a huge company there? If it's an 'ideal property', she could surely afford it, no problem.

Better yet, buy out an apartment complex with most of the conditions in mind and have Jahy move into it for free. She's definitely acclimated herself into the humbler life, and we've seen earlier-on that she's not comfortable with the more luxurious condos/suites, so a larger apartment complex with higher standards of living would be a good in-between for her.
