Good chapter and thanks for the TL. You can see Suu-chan's horns just peeking up from the bottom of the last panel. I hope it's not ending soon, I'd honestly like to see an arc where Jahy's human friends she made (Kyouko, Kokoro, Owner, Landlady, etc) all get pulled into the Demon Realm and we get to learn more about her homeworld and help her reestablish things. Or maybe reconstructing Maou-sama's castle becomes a work-in-progress where she commutes back-and-forth to the Demon Realm through a portal while still living in the apartment.

I think we might be coming to a climax but not necessarily the end of the manga, just the end of the restoration arc, if that's even what's going to be happening. Remember, Maou-sama said that all of the improvements that Jahy wanted to make to the Dark Realm would take a lot more than one gem.
