There's the official Amazon JP page for volume 7 (which you could buy right now if you wanted to, lol), so the series doesn't end there. As for why it's labelled "COMPLETED," who knows. Anyway, volume 7 definitely exists (it's even the cover image for the series). You just gotta wait for the translation, or ask a scanlation group to do it if it never ends up happening, I guess. Anyway, rest assured.

you can see the green completed tag directly under volume 7's name (something which amazon doesn't show for whatever reason): 完結

the completed tag on mangadex always refers to the publication status in the country of origin. maybe they should change the name so that people stop with these pointless discussions already.
