reason why he take it slowly because there's no good sword for him...
bandits never take care of their weapons, and in fact MC using that basically blunt weapon to cut heads cleanly showing how terrifying his swordmanship, and that still at beginner level, i can't imagine if reach his master domain... probably can cut heats with just finger alone....

@Nematoda Honestly, with MC skill and speed, he should be able to cleanly cut their heads without changing weapons. Afterall, he isn't cutting through bone, but skin, flesh, then pushing the bones apart at its joints, at a WTF speed. Damage to the blade will be minimal with each swing.
