Does she continue to mess with eiji?
No, she comes back to the senpai let's him fuck her so she can forget but she doesn't so her mental state worsens untill the MC steps in and saves her out of pure compassion for her past self but there's nothing to it he basically doesn't want her to kill herself that's all

I find it hilarious how Miyuki is having the time of her life with the senpai but he looks annoyed.

Did they do sex? I skim some google, seems like not a hentai?
Yes, they had sex, is not showed, only mentioned by Luna -in moments like the infamous dialogue of "I don´t have any first time to give you, Ryuto"-. But she definitely is not virgin, even if the story never shows details because this is not +18.

Kondo mentionned he tried to asked Ichijou Ai out last semester but got flatly rejected by her, she even said "Sorry but going somewhere with someone I don't know is honestly a little scary". In another Kondo's POV, we have a little more details : after getting rejected he tried to play the "Do you know who my dad is ?" card and insulted her but she ignored him and walked away.

It's funny how He got jealous and felt humiliation when he saw a picture of Eiji walking to school with Ai. Kondo wanted to retaliate and promise himself he'll make Ai "understand" who is the best but it never happens. He gets pissed when on sns other people said they saw ai and eiji out on a date. Kondo refuses to understand why she wants to be with a "dull" guy like Eiji and even tried to spread rumors but got instantly dismissed

Aside Kondo rejection which happens before the story, I don't remember Ai and Him having any direct interaction

This could have been a learning experience for Miyuki.

You fucked up, didn't think things through and hurt someone you cared about. Unknowingly burnt bridges, you never thought you would and clearly didn't want to. You are both disgusting and ashamed of yourself for what you did.

She could have taken the L, make things as right as possible, given the circumstances. Acknowledge the fact that whats done is done. Try to move on and, learn from this and try to be better for when she gets into her next relationship, but instead she doubles down and keeps digging herself deeper into this hole. Disappointing

I love Miyuki's PoVs. Every time, it just solidifies the truth: she was always rotten. Always had the propensity to cheat. If not with Kondo, then with someone else.
That whole "pride" and "the woman in me" she keeps talking about is just her refusing to admit that she is a naturally loose woman.

She truly isn't worthy of Eiji - she never was. If she truly loved him, truly cared for him and cherished him, truly wanted her happy future with him, she wouldn't have been so easily seduced by some nobody she just met.

As I said earlier - if not Kondo, then somebody else. Anyone could have flirted with her, and she'd have fallen for them all the same.

She's a truly irredeemable piece of shit, and I love the author for making that clear as day right from the get-go.

In ch.2 of the WN, Eiji described her thus (paraphrasing): "My childhood friend, who I thought was an angel, is now a devil who betrayed me."

Except, she was always a treacherous devil by nature.

Anyway, Miyuki can go to hell and ho herself up down there.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk. mic drop

What Miyuki did is akin to attempted murder. Some mistakes are so severely fucked up there is no going back. The "teaching" comes from the equally severe consequences that must follow. Pray other see and learn from them.

Eiji's mom first hand saw how her own son basically died and became a hollow shell. To the point he almost literally died jumping off a roof. If anything its a parents duty to protect their child while they get back up on their feet. Mom knows his mental and emotional state is still on the precipice, just barely hanging on and being held back by the new girl that showed up.

Absolutely no way would a sane parent allow that whore to even look at him and risk more harm.
Correction: she saw her son hollow out. She didn’t know it was to the point of suicide, not about all the bullying and lying. From her POV right now, she just REALLY broke his heart.

Heck, I would say the worst part wasn’t even breaking up with the MC. Things happen in life after all, and love is free.

The real sin she committed was carving his heart out and preventing any treatment afterwards (allowed/encouraged the wound to continue bleeding).

Yeah, Karma is a b8tch isn't it. What comes around goes around, although if she is gonna become worse and a even more despicable women then there is no hope for her. The only hope left for her is to start a new, break up with the sociopath, confess everything to the teachers and move on with life. Although making amends with eiji is long over do

Honestly, what a good mother. The fact that she’s on that timing when she realizes that her son’s girlfriend was for the streets after she didn’t see her at her son’s birthday is just so shocking yet awesome. A true mother of her craft.

How much does this chapter cover? Like from the novel, cause I'm just gonna read this shit, I waited to long.
It ends at around ch 14 or 15 of the WN, but I recommend reading from the start anyway. There's some details that differ from the manga and some tidbits here and there.
