If it turns into one of those "villain's dad is too powerful that even the teachers can't do anything about it" cliché, that would be just shitty writing.
Based off some spoilers I've read, his dad is a powerful individual in Japan (politician iirc), but the teachers are able to bring about the downfall of both son and father.

Things are going way too smoothly, either the school's board or the parent's board is about to smack that teacher down.

The only wish fulfillment here is the all the teachers having aono's back, and what takayanagi says about adults being able to be more discerning when it comes to dealing with rumors

Bro what am I reading? There's no way all the teachers are putting in this much effort to help him. It's always "sweep it under the rug so there's no shame or scandal".
This is a feel-good read to begin with. I grew up in my teens watching similar shit and old enough/cynical/pessimistic in my 30s to recognize how unreal all this is. Given an average public school teacher has 30+ students to watch, grading/professional work, little to no material support, I doubt the average teacher would even have energy nor f***s to give after a 70+ hours work week. The admins/principal and superintendents are usually the ones who are supposed to deal with scandals and lawsuits. And yes, settlements and sweeping it under the rug is the case 99% of the time. The 1% make the news headline and life goes on.
Finding people who are mentally and physically qualified to be teachers is difficult enough and there are also fewer and fewer teacher(s) who can put up with the antics of teenagers mentally and physically.

I know this is waaaay too unreal, all the teacher and even the principal are trying to save this boy, which is absolutely great, the art is good and the series still makes me want to cheer for the MC, so will stay here, even if spoiled hahaha, at least the plot moves at a nice pace, not to fast, and not slug pace.

Highlight: Teacher locked in!

Yeah, as great as this is, it's kinda unrealistic he got this much support. My question is whether the teachers will go as far for other students because I'm sure he isn't the only at school who has trouble.

Also in ch 1, the ex gf got a support from one teacher because she was a good student. I'm wondering if what her stance is about MC.

from what I remember... they even cover that
not sure if it counts as a spoiler, because read this from comments in ch.1-2, but that teacher was a new one... or was the trope of the assistant/teacher in training and she also gets consequences from jumping the gun on the MC too

I just kinda rationalize it that the MC is basically just a really nice person that the teachers enjoyed having around. Plus he says he had seen through the fraud that NTR kun is and the problems he has caused. Might be the teachers are tired with almost no fucks given, but went, okay NTR kun, ya picked to wrong NTR victim. I realize its unbelievable, but how I make it a tiny bit more lol.

I'd say it really depends on the environment. In my case where I was a bullying victim long ago, all the teachers were highly supportive. You could say I was lucky that I was with good people.
