Norisuke is fuckin post-DEAD! Tooru taking advantage of the rift that just appeared! The Head Doctor is a 'terrible' red herring in a way that he is TOO DANGEROUS to mess with!! So many wrongs man. Only Mitsuba could give some bit of saving grace this chapter. Fucking DIO-tier chapter tho
