That's the beauty of it, you don't have to. It's kind of brilliant that way. Our heroine is both relatable and a piece of trash, so whether she wins or loses, it's fun for us.

That's the same race that Anzu, Hitomi, and Sabu went to in Hinamatsuri. Also, the director is the guy who did the Yakuza special on Nitta in ch 32 of Hinamatsuri, and the reporter is the woman whom Mao worked with in ch 70.
