The crowd will go rabid (within the 10 seconds) and try to rape Azuma, prompting Uruma to kill all of them (agan, all within the next 10 seconds), and then he fights the lesbian after either the other cop or the actress gets killed unceremoniously. This will then lead to Kyou-chan speeding up the selection process, mocking Uruma as he tries get past the forcefield. This will lead to two more dying, likely leaving Azuma as the last one alive, and then Uruma will break the forcefield. However, just then, Azuma will stab Uruma, and it will be revealed that Azuma is actually under Kyou-chan's mind control. Kyou-chan will then steal away Azuma and abscond. Uruma will then find Kyou-chan, who is about to have sex with Azuma, but Uruma will save her, shooting Kyou-chan in the head (ambiguously), then blowing his own brains out and falling over into Azuma's arms. The series will end there, in chapter 369.

People saying this choice is better or this one, but come on neither choice is gonna be a good choice. The thing is he saves everyone or dies with everyone, choosing one is admtting that Kyouchuu has won and also because Uruma will not gonna recover from another trauma.
At this point the author has already make Uruma realized that psycho of Kyou, how he will do things, and he already has to know that something like this could happening when he encounter Kyou at the floor below the gym and just kill him.
Or if the already death police is still an available choice, or he can choose somebody outside and put it the place of the 4 contestants.
