I just think that the story would work better under Garron's perspective alone.
Then we won't be able to relate with Garron, at least not fully.
the reason why there's a female human MC in this case is to appeal to the monster fu*** crowd.
If you want to appeal to the monster enthusiasts, then you'll be using the monster, no? Why use a human then? Beside, Tina doesn't seem to have, well, attraction towards Garron at all.

Ah, so he isn't completely alone nor that he is in stasis once crossing into the mirror world. So, why exactly does someone need to enter the mirror world for the spell to work anyway? So that Mirroro isn't alone anymore, making Mirroro, and subsequently the mirrors, stronger or something like that? I feel like it's a weird requirement made for drama, is all.
I generally chalk the requirement up as the "It's magic, I ain't gotta explain shit." factor (well, and "it's drama..."). Maybe you could explain it as how, just as the palace was still reflected by the lake after the spell went into effect (and thus could be said to still exist there?), you needed someone "real" to pass into a reflection, to take the palace with them? I think the reason Crowe volunteered and was determined to see it through, rather, was because he aspired to be that heroic figure he originally saw in Garron (and which he got a chance to see again, right before the spell finished). Rather than someone who might resent that fate, or feel trapped, he wanted to ensure Mirrorro had a "friend".

Speaking of Momoslow, I thought his name was actually Momo or Momoslo and that he was called Momoslow because he's, well, slow (which isn't true). Guess that's really his name.
The katakana is "mo-mo-su-ro", so Momoslo could've worked but honestly, it looked like the word just sort of cut off abruptly, like it was missing a letter, so I included the "w" in the western spelling (similarly with Crowe's name, he's "ku-ro-u", but "Crow" would've been a weird name for a rabbit, and I felt like adding the "e" makes it readable as being just a little extended, like the original).

Thus far, there haven't been any official guides to how the names should be romanized, if that ever happens, the adjusted names will be used (and earlier chapters might even get corrected).

How about a tomboy who hides her boobs with armor?
The chest fur is also thick enough to cover the area completely. Crowe's figure resembles a woman's too (slim stomach, wide hips). But YoungGaron never said "You might be a woman but blah blah blah" or something like that that references Crowe's gender during Crowe's flashback.

first of all, why can't we relate to a character just because they don't look human? It's their struggles and personality that we should relate to.
Second, this type of manga's track record shows that if there's a FMC and male monster as the second protagonist, the two will get together by the end.

Well.. a fairly good leader wouldn't fussing about gender, only usability. Is Garon ever treating FMC as a gender-oriented companionship during the journey? Even though he is a doctor too

The problem is not that Garron doesn't look human. It's that his mindset and motivation oppose those of humans'. Tina's POV serves as our proxy so we can understand Garron better. Without Tina, we the readers would be forced to accept Garron's mindset as is.

Man, I would hate it so much if that happens in this manga, since Tina is under Garron's blood pact.

Yeah, present Garron definitely doesn't have that vibe, but YoungGarron seems to me like the type to hold the old "men go to war, women stay at home" belief. I don't think I've seen someone who's clearly a woman among YoungGarron's troops.

Then you are not paying attention to the story, Both are different sides of the same coin, both had wrong perspectives of each other's side, both are learning from each other, both are learning that humans and demons are more similar than they once thought... literally the first chapter is Titled "A story about a human and a demon"
That's hardly an proper argument against angelusalvus point and I agree with him. You wrote both sides have wrong perspectives of the other side. How do you know? We know hardly anything about human society in this manga.

While this manga has strong characters the writing and world building is mid at best. A lot of conversations outside of the main group don't flow well (adventurers in the earlier chapters) and right now it feels like the only reason for Tinas character in the manga is being a self insert for the reader. Garron is the brain and brawl of the group. Mikage is there for intelligence gathering and stealth. But Tina? We are 19 chapters into the story and until now she had barely any impact or influence. Its almost as she wasn't even here at all. She's not even used as a tool for human exposition dumps (even though that would be bad if overdone too). We still have no clue why humans hate demons so much. Who started the conflict etc. We heard garron's side of the story but the mangaka missed the opportunity several times already to tell us about the human side.

In a way, I think that what she hasn't said, actually does say a bit. The assumption being made here is that the Humans, in general, actually know the answers to that. Baghra commented in chapter 17:

It almost makes it sound like, in general, Humans are sort of being led into a conflict by leaders who might even be deliberately obfuscating the truth of certain things. Tina's exposited enough on Adventurer culture, I think, to think that the author isn't avoiding it, but also seems to be using both her ignorance of certain topics, and her own awareness of that ignorance, to suggest something else might be going on behind the scenes.

Time may tell...

I agree that this may be the case, but if that were true than there isn't enough build up.
The only explanation we got from Tina is that she doesn't like the guild and killing monsters is just the obvious thing to do for adventurers.
That's not enough build up for the hate we should expect from the human population towards demons.

They could give us at least a flashback of how much Tina was taught to hate demons in the past. Or something like that.
Most of the lore is explained with flashbacks anyway instead of being weaved into the story.

Edit: We are long overdue for an angry mob of farmers that hunt a demon because he stole food and they want revenge for a lost family member. Or something similar...

I also think so. These two former henchmen should have had more screentime before being removed from the story.

Honestly, the aspect of Garron's story I want to see most is his journey of becoming a healer. Right now, he's an extremely competent healer. But I'm sure that he had to study and work his way to that point, and from what little we saw, it would not have been easy at all. There would have been so many monsters that he couldn't save, or ones that sacrificed themselves to let him see another day. I would love to see something that delves on his failure as the Beast King and his journey what he is now. Maybe something like an amalgamation of Frieren and Berserk.

I'm wondering if Crowe will make another appearance later. Like another mirror-themed dungeon, and Crowe traveled across an unfathomable distance in the mirror dimension to reach it.
