As a guy turning 31 this year... I honestly think I understand why there are so many "actually adult" lolis in manga. I've met women my age who I was sure were actually teenagers. Im not gonna lie. I wish Nina is a minor instead of dwarf. Her whole acting is childish.
I dont mind cheerfullnes but i dont think any adult would start undressing like that.
EIther make her into a proper childish adult who understand what she do but prefer playing around. (Just show more affection towards the MC and add a small grin and a side glance towards the MC. Showing her stunt is focusing on seducing/charming the guy.)

Or make her a child who dont know it yet and maybe add more panic or disapointment to their acting. Knowing they need to even show her the basic too. Im totaly ok with a bigbro route where there is family love instead of sexual one. (The elf here for that role)
