It should be reasonably easy to tell the difference between Shadow Garden and non-Shadow Garden characters just from context but here you go:
Alexia: Human, bright hair, twintails
Rose: Drillhair. The only Drillhair, it looks like.
Claire: You should be able to tell it's her from the Oneesan energy radiating out of her pores. Black long hair with medium boobs otherwise. No beauty mark.
Sherry: Beta's features on a younger looking person with Nu's ability to not be in the story any more.
Iris: Long brown hair, not tied up in any way.

I will say the characters do not pass The Silhouette Test which makes it hard.
