"Left arm of Diabolos"
That's clearly a right arm on the ground though..
Several options here:
1) The page has been mirrored.
2) Artist accidentally drew right arm instead of left.
3) Author accidentally wrote left arm instead of right.
If it's left arm in the LN then we can rule out #3.
Hello, I'm the translator of chapter 17v2.
Regarding the right/left arm matter:
I haven't read the web novel, but I've read the Japanese light novel (several times actually).
In the light novel, Olivier cut off the LEFT ARM, and such is the case with the manga.
I would assume that panel with the right arm is an art fucky-wucky, especially since the next panel goes back to using a left arm.
Edit: sauce for those who can read moon runes
It's... very off to read, the original's dialogue for the first few pages was more similar to what I've come to expect, it honestly feels like change for the sake of change.
the case about left-right is often happen in many manga (dunno why)
(and not sure about manhwa manhua, but so far i can only find this case all only in jap manga)
In the jungle, the mighty jungle
The lion sleeps tonight
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
(Search up the lion sleeps tonight, you'll get what I'm tryin' to meme here)
I just love how the MC is going around, not taking much seriously, while there's a tropy and cliche (but not too bad) story actually going on.
Like, you can just take the parts the MC isn't Shadow out, make a few changes to some dialogue, and it works.
This is so fricking stupid I love it.
