Several options here:
1) The page has been mirrored.
2) Artist accidentally drew right arm instead of left.
3) Author accidentally wrote left arm instead of right.

If it's left arm in the LN then we can rule out #3.

Hello, I'm the translator of chapter 17v2.
Regarding the right/left arm matter:
I haven't read the web novel, but I've read the Japanese light novel (several times actually).
In the light novel, Olivier cut off the LEFT ARM, and such is the case with the manga.
I would assume that panel with the right arm is an art fucky-wucky, especially since the next panel goes back to using a left arm.

@KB1011 Thanks for the sauce. Now I'm confused on why the LN English translation I read and the fandom says "right arm" even though 左腕 is "left arm".

Edit: I looked at the web novel and it also says left arm.

Like, you can just take the parts the MC isn't Shadow out, make a few changes to some dialogue, and it works.
