@Dadidu happens. I tend to check all the recent japanese releases of the "fantasy" and "isekai" genre to see if there is anything new or recent that might have slipped by thats good. Hmmmm. i really should update my top10 list so i can give it out as recommendations.

This troupe of Guild Rank = Strength is so annoying, I COULD understand it if, the guild had a test or something that determined your rank (like Solo Leveling) But in these series where you always start at the lowest rank and have to do jobs to get promoted. Its stupid to think all F/D ranks are weak. That just means they are new! That should be stupidly obvious to most anyone.

@Capt_Gigglepants Of course it's stupid to equate their rank with their strength, but that's exactly the kind of thing that happens in the real world. No matter how good or how experienced, the newbie is still going to get shit on; newbies get the worst jobs just because they're the new guy. And any time a newbie tries to suggest something different, they get shot down with the dismissive "you haven't been here/done this long enough to understand how it works".
