We don't know yet, but I'm guessing rather than Lucius himself remembering past Revolve timelines, it's the demon king relaying info, as Chapter 49 mentions that the demon king appears to have gained the ability to remember Revolve timelines after Albus used Retrograde on him.

I don't think Lucius remember what happened before revolve was casted. If he did he would first attack MC and his hometown first. Or at least told that the hero is a child rn, so no one mistakes him with some rando. But instead he is trying to destroy ingredients for the cure? Looks like he only has access to a very limited information from the previous loop
