Poor Akari. She's doing her best to help, even though it seems to be hurting her in the process. I figure she wants them to get together now, since that'll give her closure and help her move on.

Honestly I was prepared to hate her, because I tend to hate love rival tropes, but I actually like her quite a lot, as rather than a tiring obstacle, she's proving to be a pleasant push in the right direction. She also just genuinely seems quite kind.
