Anyhow... this story has already got kinda stupid... from his super contrived super-generous multi-duke family through his apparently insane archery skills (despite not using the proper quickfire technique)... and all of it leading to him... being.... a really effective janitor.

@SotiCoto The MC has been using the slides for bathroom purposes for a long time now, so if they were going to evolve into shorelines they would have already.

They do have random evolutions thougn.

I don't mind super nice nobles occassionally. It offsets how shitty and evil they usually are in these types of mangas.

@ShionSinX I think the reason that the guild couldn't refuse was that the government most likely provided the funds to the guild so the government may have blackmailed the guild by saying they're not going to give funds to the guild anymore if they don't take the request.

@KJIJH normally the governament does NOT provide funding to the guild, thats why its independent and do their own thing. If the govt gave money to them just to keep the guild up it means it belongs to them so there would no need to be so roundabout about that, and its clear that they arent directly connected.
