Well here we are again
It's always such a pleasure
Remember when you tried
To kill me twice?
Oh how we laughed and laughed
Except I wasn't laughing
Under the circumstances
I've been shockingly nice
You want your freedom?
Take it
That's what I'm counting on
I used to want you dead
But
Now I only want you gone
I kinda want him to start three-timing. Because I love the dynamic between the four of them and I don't want it to stop
@darekpawlo
Joking aside, Monogamy isn't really an Abrahamic tenant at all. As
@Tak2Hu said, Abraham had 2 wives, but there's many, many more biblical examples. Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines, and Jacob had 2 wives and 2 Concubines.
Really, enforced monogamy arose as a practice due to the Romanization of Israel, and how Christianity adapted itself to appeal to a Roman audience and Roman values. (Augustus and his successors made specific efforts to curtail what they saw as the degradation of Roman society and sought to end the countless examples of debauchery, infidelity, etc. that were taking place by the Patricians.)
So really you can justify whatever you want from the bible due to its lack of consistency.
@ItchyLongThing Hey man, as long as they all consent to it, I don't care. It doesn't affect me
