I think that is a mistranslated?
I think the [アリ] there should mean something like "is it possible?" from kanji [有り]
not [アリ] as ant

so Miura is saying [ぶっちゃけ言うとアリすか？] which means "can I say it frankly?"
-- edit: or maybe translated to "frankly speaking, are you sure?"
and Hayakawa answers with [アリよりのアリです] which means "of course"
