I think that is a mistranslated?
I think the [アリ] there should mean something like "is it possible?" from kanji [有り]
not [アリ] as ant
so Miura is saying [ぶっちゃけ言うとアリすか?] which means "can I say it frankly?"
-- edit: or maybe translated to "frankly speaking, are you sure?"
and Hayakawa answers with [アリよりのアリです] which means "of course"
Bruh, what is this? This is so ridiculously endearing, and both of them are absolutely adorkable, and the art style feels fresh and expressive. What have we done to deserve this?
I almost burst out in laughing tears from the "are you an ant" comment. That has got to be a mistranslation for something like "are you a weirdo" or something.
