TL-san covered it in the last page of Ch 1. "The first run of this manga, 'Karada Wa Jidou, Nakami Wa Ossan,' was cancelled and later rereleased with a new title, "Karada Wa Jidou, Nakami Wa Ossan -Satera Mo Tsuite Ikimasu!' which tells the start of the story from Satella's POV.

I like the more distinctive art style. Looking forward to more chapters.

This spinoff doesn't seem to follow the story of the original manga or the Original WN on Syosetu at all.

It's weird that there's a spinoff at all considering how fast they cancelled the original storyline.

It doesn't seem like a spin off but more like it's a rewrite in an attempt to make something that will be completed. Given the status it seems like that worked and there's 16 chapters before this version ends.
