Why? What's surprising about it?

• Day 1: ONII-CHAN broke up with KANOJO by text and Kanojo doesn't want that, even though they were probably fighting. In Ch 26 Onii-chan says that it "seems" like Kanojo is breaking up with him. We don't know what causes him to say that but maybe they were fighting and some harsh words were exchanged. He's inexperienced (confirmed never been kissed later in Ch 34) and may just be going overboard with that thought, but we don't know. He wants to make up with her in Ch28, which sounds like apologizing for fighting, then Imouto says that Kanojo and another man were holding hands which causes him to break up by text without any discussion in Ch 29 which gets a "Eh? Why?" response.
• Day 2: We know it's a different day because of the "today too" thought in Ch 30. Onii-chan is depressed. Imouto then has her well-deserved nightmare that night in Ch 31.
• Day 3: After what I assumed to be a frantic two nights and a day of Kanojo trying to process what happened (likely consulting friends), she asks to talk in Ch 35 at 15:41 and Onii-chan is excited about talking and getting back together in Ch 36 before Imouto kisses him, short circuiting everything. It's only the IMOUTO who said that Kanojo was with another man two days ago and she's almost certainly lying about it (even if it turns out to be true in fact). In this chapter it's less than 20 minutes later at 16:00 when Kanojo says that she wants to get back together so please reply. Kanojo knows that he saw it because she was left on read.
