I'm also curious about this. Oayo did encourage Kyuukei to pick this up, but I don't know if it was officially handed over, if Kyuukei is just doing 1 or 2 chapters for fun, or if we're going to have 2 translators from now on both adding their own degenerate commentary.

Many people noticed the similarities in both the content and the commentary to Kyuukei's translations. I'm absolutely certain that Sullieman would've been among the readers of this series even before we started talking about him.
So when a no-name translator randomly posted another translation for chapter 39, some readers expressed disapproval at the lack of Kyuukei-style commentary that we've been getting from Oayo. Someone suggested that if anyone other than Oayo was going to pick up this manga, it should be Kyuukei - the original master of degenerate commentary. Sullieman expressed interest. Oayo encouraged it.
That duplicate chapter 39 has since been deleted.

Edit: personally, I think the psychological tag is enough of a warning that there may be things related to people's trauma. And it's had that tag from the beginning.
