English translations have seemingly stalled on that one. I don't even see any action for it on their Discord. I've resorted to using Google Translate's image mode on the LATAM Spanish translation (at Ch 120 vs Ch 108 for the English). Google Translate's image mode is shit on the Japanese but good enough for emergency use on European languages, although sometimes you have to type stuff that was spread across multiple bubbles or oddly hyphenated into the text translator.

wow, i don't think I would've bothered doing all that trouble for a, personally, trashy manga but hey thanks for giving me another way to read works that have no english translation.
