I'd argue Comikey since out of 8 Publishers who are affiliated with Shinchosha's Kurage Bunch, Comikey has the most published/publishing manga with them.
Not only that, but they're payment system is awesome. Even better is if the manga releases in a timely manner instead of per volume.

Although, their suggestion method is less direct than SSE, we could email them or tell them via discord.

i love this manga sm that i gave neiya the funny twintails because it was late night and i was thinking : huh, i really like characters with low twintails in a dark colour. and so i did.

This is the coolest, cutest and most enjoyable ghost manga I read. I'm rooting for Kaya, but the splashes of the ghost design and their gimmicks are great. Has a slice of life feel, but there's actually a constantly moving plot. It's wonderful.
