I mean I'd normally agree with that except we have a rapist antagonist with the "Hero" who brainwashes women. So like his come upance really doesn't come quick enough and the end resolution to how they deal with said rape victims is horrible at best but mostly just ignored and hidden away by the MC.

Because... brainwashing. It was not their real action, wishes or choice.
They were not even tricked. From the one chapter when the guy was surprised his brainwashing failed, they did not even have a chance to resist it.

The author wanted the girls to get back together with the MC, so of course the girls have to be brainwashed in order to deflect the blame for the NTR bad behavior onto someone else.
