Firstly, JITSU WA?! Wonder if we'll see some of the other characters from there 🤔

Perhaps you should go take a closer look at previous chapters.

The crossover was clear one or two chapters ago, so I'm not sure why everyone is suddenly surprised about it, although this one is certainly more obvious.

Oh, it was such a sweet call back from previous manga. It's nice too see these two again. So it's same universe. I suspect we might see others characters from Jitsu wa watashi, wandering around in the future.

So any Japanese would immediately know this, but 'asa mekku' is 'morning mac' is Mc Donald's Breakfast. Which definitely becomes obvious, but not sure why it's completely obfuscated here, morning mac is a well known thing - would have to see the raws I guess, or maybe forgetting something from earlier chapter.
