Man but that anime news hit me like a schoolboy crush. Dave Grohl involved and gave them the rights to use Breed for the opening?! That's so sick. Will they use Everlong for the ending?

What if Dave uses his status as an elder statesmen of western Rock to get other bands to agree to liscense their tunes? I imagine that if Dave Grohl calls you up to ask for a favor, you'd listen. Kind of like those Charity rock concerts where they get 40 musicians on stage together, except it's for this GOAT anime. Get enough people on board and some folks will want in just for FOMO. Or they'll want to do it because their grandkids are into anime, or something.

This could be the best rock soundtrack for an anime since FLCL got the entire Pillows catalogue.

I mean, for real, at this point I think they would both be genuinely in a much more comfortable place if they did break up. everyone in the thread is going 'make up! talk it out!' but they've done that how many times now! and it keeps happening! sometimes two people are not compatible and that's really the vibe I get at this point that they're trying to force it

which is not exactly the characters faults, but the endless cycle of emotional hurt/comfort only works so many times
