She is exactly why these kids should be afraid of adults. She says Ayaha is dead now, but that seems almost too easy of a way out. I remember the rule of thumb for manga like this: no corpse, not dead. What are the chances there's still torture in store for her? But if she's a professional, then yeah Ayaha is very likely dead. But I'd like confirmation of course.

Because these unrepentant little demons are underage, they can usually hide behind juvenile laws if caught, even though the gravity of their crimes easily rival that of adults. Rape and murder are adult crimes, so they should at the minimum do adult time for that when brought to justice. And not just be released with a slap on the wrist because "they're too young and still have a whole life ahead of them", ignoring the whole life of the victim that they destroyed just for sick kicks.

Actions should have consequences, that's supposed to be the natural way of things.

Well I don't want to spoil the mood here, but I do have a question. Usually if this situation happens what are the chances of the person not get caught.

What's the chances of getting caught for murder? There's way too many variables to say. Japan does have a very high clearance rate for murder at near 95%, meaning someone is charged in 95% of murders, but if you get arrested in Japan, you're more than likely going to be convicted regardless of whether you actually did it
