It was mentioned during the stargazing chapter, but Ooguma might be somehow connected to Kanna/Kimun Kamui and the Ainu. She offhandedly mentioned the Ursa Major is her family's name (her name literally means "Big Bear") which Kanna said was also her dad's. Ooguma was also the only one to validate Kanna's claim that Scorpio was the Dragon star because of her knowledge of the Ainu. Now she seemingly got along with the hydra sisters pretty easily, the hydra girls are related to Kimun Kamui so there might be some kind of greater connection hinted.

Other than that, Ooguma is a funny character for only being in a couple chapters now, she's a chill cat faced highschool girl. It would be funny if she somehow gets more development with the Hydra sisters.

I believe they all in the same universe, even though some of them might have their own "world".

Cool world have one true God and 5 supreme gods below him/her who later create the residence of cool world. Human, youkai, dragons, and "gods" supposedly are creation of the 5 supreme being.

We officially know like 3 out of 5?

Lucoa is one of them who responsible of creation of human world, the oni girl from cool other works is responsible of creation of youkais, and the detective shorty that appear in/wandered to many of cool works is also one of them

Its shown in cool other manga.

You'll see the 5 supreme god (silhouette) often shown during lore dumps.

The youkai apartment manga explained that one of the youkai in that apartment is one of the 5 supreme being and resposible for the creation of youkai race which she made out of loneliness and boredom.
