So Riku told Haruno the entire story from his rejection up to that point? Oh boy, so they chose the "ticking time bomb" option of delaying the answer to her confession. What a sticky situation this has become now that Haruno has emotionally wormed her way back into his life.

It's infuriating that he didn't deny Ayana's misunderstanding that he's now going out with Haruno. It was a very trivial thing to do.

Did they really try to jumpscare the reader on the last page? If there's one thing this manga is doing consistently, it's being inconsistent with the mood it's presenting. Okay, so Ayana's stalker problem is real, and the stalker is not Haruno.
