"Happy ending" yeah sure, Eri is just lying through her teeth to keep Fuyuki tied to her,

Lying how? Eri told her the exact truth: She doesn't share all of Fuyuki's feelings right now, and it will take time to change, but she's been capable of change with other partners and she's extra-dedicated to working on it with Fuyuki. That's not sugar-coating anything.

she knows she doesn't love her in that way but says it anyway

Eri loves Fuyuki in exactly that way. Fuyuki's always been her #1, and she's structured her whole life until now to maintain that relationship. And remember, Eri's always been looking out for Fuyuki as much as the reverse. The whole reason she befriended Kyouhei as a kid was because the shy Fuyuki wanted to be friends with him. So the "I'll be the one to make your wishes come true" part? We've already seen her do that. She just didn't know that Fuyuki's wishes included, y'know, monopolizing and getting freaky with her.

I think another commenter mentioned this already, but the two of them are somewhat reclaiming their original childhood relationship here. In order to suppress her romantic feelings, Fuyuki pushed herself into a kind of motherly role with Eri--which I totally understand, because that's exactly what I did with my middle school best friend. But originally, Eri was the domme one and Fuyuki was the sub one. And a good domme genuinely gets off on making a sub's wishes come true.

So if Eri has a sex drive at all, I strongly suspect that the "mission" of pleasing Fuyuki will be the thing to ignite it.

I think Eri is calling Fuyuki to tell her to come to her wedding, but who knows, I hope to know the ending

Honestly, is the only way for them right now and im weirdly satisfied. I mean, Eri was never obligated to return Fuyuki romantic feelings, but she did hurt her a lot while unaware of it yet she does love Fuyuki so much so as a person to the point of throwing all her chances in being her girlfriend, being selfish as is. Similar thing goes for Fuyuki, shes not obligated to keep being together with Eri aware it might hurt even more when she still doesnt love her in the same way (possibly, yet), but she also cant really find herself being apart from her. I hope the charm of loving after being loved works for Eri now with Fuyuki.
It seemed like the last frame was probably Eri mother and considering all that happened until now, personally, it would be completely pointless if was anything other than a time jump to their future wedding.
