Cause it literally happened in the first chapter. One MC girl Got together with the boy in the first chapter and kissed 1 second later… So far the series have just become worse and worse every chapter….

(I don't really care about Kyo but its still sucks for him or maybe not after reading ch.14 lol) She's giving me comphet vibe and also could be suffering from some neurodivergency so she have difficulty with having "normal" social interaction. Dunno about anyone else, but I read stories to be told a story, personally...and stories don't work without conflict. Given that the characters are gay in a coming-of-age narrative, it's not shocking that the bulk of that conflict might revolve around struggles with sexuality and interpersonal relationships.

I'm just really not understanding the wave of negativity here. If the only point of interest is sex/erotica, there's like a billion hentai/pornhwa posted on this very website.

There is oneshot manga (I think) in this official twitter that taking story after college, and the girl name Eri don't dating this Kyou-chan anymore (her current boyfriend is cheating with her but she still loves him). I think it's called "My Love is the Worst" maybe

FWIW, 最低の恋をしている was originally published in 2021, so it's less a glimpse into the future as it is an early draft of what we have now. Kyou as we know him doesn't even exist at all there.

But Fuyu does kiss Eri in the end. So I reckon that means we'll have a proper resolution to the love square here, even if the two main characters don't wind up together.

Which is understandable. But again, it's a gay bildungsroman, and one that explicitly advertises being about long-time unrequited (so far) love. I could empathise with the annoyance if there were a constant string of pointless scenes where Eri and Kyou are tonguing each other down, but their scenes together largely just exist to move the plot along and emphasise how disinterested in and detached from him Eri is. I mean, she's straight up said she doesn't like the guy, and any time she's with him, she's chasing after Fuyu .02 seconds later.

Her behaviour in the next several chapters should make it obvious the feelings between her and the MC are mutual (if it wasn't already). Now, it's possible the author will totally bomb the plot/resolution. But we should at least let the story develop far enough to reach its first major climax before we dismiss it as "bait," no?

She straight up said she only accepted to prevent their friend group from breaking apart, said she doesn't like being alone with him, has said (and will say some more) — explicitly — that Fuyu will always be more important to her, she's constantly trying to ditch him for Fuyu, it's very clear she doesn't care one way or another for his attention (or for his feelings, really), and there are some developments in the upcoming chapters where this is not only reinforced but reaching a boiling point. Sex being an declaration of love is simply naïve, especially in the context of a confused young person trying to play the role she's "supposed to" in a relationship. I'm not sure how you read "this is the right thing to do, right?" and took that as anything but uncertainty...especially when she was thinking about Fuyu the whole time. And she didn't know anyone was watching, so bringing that up like it's a malicious act is just dishonest and irrelevant.

Feel free to ignore this response as I recommend you should ignore the manga. But there's no need to blatantly misrepresent what happens in the story for you to justify your dislike of it.

There's no special reason needed to dislike the series, but the story straight up tells you why she slept with him in words. So I kind of feel not knowing why is a skill issue at this point. 😕

The whole scene was uncomfortable, borderline disturbing, from beginning to end for a reason.

That's the issue though. She's not romantically jealous. I'm honestly curious where this story is gonna end up, and I think it might end up in a psuedo "bad-ending", where Eri is just hopelessly codependent and loves Fuyuki, in a platonic way, but agrees to a relationship because they both want to be with each other forever anyway. She even says in Ch14 "I don't mean it like that" when she says she loves Fuyuki. Of course, it could just be she's unaware of her feelings, but I don't think so because it's only Fuyuki that matters.
