100% this series benefitted from the axe. It hurried the bad stuff out, and made the good stuff seem longer by comparison. I do sound like an asshole right now, as I am advocating for the death of this series (in a way), however I’m glad this axe happened before this 6.5/10 turned into a 4/10 series
