same problem i have with "Game Akuyaku Kizoku ni Tensei Shita Ore wa, Chiito Kin'niku de Musou Suru", even the cover art draw the MC with quite the muscle but through out the manga, he is still look like a twig.
and this is not the case of the artist can't draw muscle either because there are plenty of muscular characters in the manga too.

Has there been any quantification of how long it has been since the Hero Laius founded this country? I was initially thinking Laius was still on the throne, but that's starting to seem unlikely, and I'm starting to think it's been some time since his death.

I do like that she's using pure brute strength here. The excuse is always that women are just so unbridgably weaker than men that nothing they ever do will be able to make up the difference. I would have said you are just uninformed, but after you reacted x to the other comments giving examples of how vast the physical difference is, you are delusional.
For most women it takes an enormous amount of effort and dedication to reach the strength of an average man, male physiology is effectively like being on steroids and genetic enhancements by default. There are disciplines where women can compete at a roughly equal level but it is never by being as strong.

No person will have defined muscles after taking in so many calories, muscle definition is high muscle mass + low body fat.

She's clearly of average body fat.

Also, high intensity low rep excersise will absolutely build your muscle without blowing your physique up, sleeper builds exist.

Also-also, her strength comes in part from bloodline magic.
